A woman who was raised in Panama City has been found murdered in Las Vegas.
Police arrested Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan, husband and wife, in a grocery store near Boston last Friday.
They're wanted for the murder their 28-year-old Melissa Ann James, who was raised in Panama City and was a graduate of Mosley High School.
Ms. James' body was found December 14 in the trunk of Ryan's burned Jaguar in a remote area outside of Las Vegas.
Police said she had white fabric around her neck and duct tape across her face.
Titus is charged with James' murder and Ryan as an accessory to murder. Ms. James was a personal assistant to the two who were bodybuilding professionals.
She was also a body building expert. She had two outstanding warrants for her arrest in Bay County for identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
