There apparently will be more charges filed against a Bay County landlord, accused of spying on unsuspecting tenants.
NewsChannel Seven has learned that another victim has come forward in the investigation of William Judson McDevitt.
She is one of the women who showed up in the video, which was allegedly secretly taken with tiny hidden cameras in the Cheri Lane townhouses.
Parker Police found the hidden cameras and recording equipment while search at least three of the units owned by McDevitt, and they say they found piles of videotapes when they searched McDevitt’s nearby home in Callaway.
They had released the video to us a week ago hoping some of the women would recognize themselves or someone who knows them would recognize them.
We understand the woman who has come forward lived in one of the townhouses several years ago. A friend of hers saw our story and called her.
McDevitt is already facing four misdemeanor charges of video voyeurism, but has not been charged with the most recent incident yet.
Parker Police are still looking for other victims in the case. If you or anyone you know lives in the Cherri Lane townhouses, Units 116, 124, and 139 during the past several years, Parker Police would like to hear from you.
