Bay County Sheriff’s investigators have arrested a suspect who they say held up two service stations before eight this morning.

20 year old Chaseton Pospichel was arrested late this morning in the Laguna Beach area.

The robber first struck at the Texaco convenience store at the intersection of State Road 389 and State Road 390 on the east side of Lynn Haven a few minutes before 7 AM.

He fled in a black Pontiac Grand Am and surfaced again a few minutes before 8 AM at a service station at 4200 West US 98 at Mound Ave in St. Andrew.

In each robbery he was armed with a silver pistol. He’s described as a white male, about 5’7” tall. When last seen he was heading north on Mound Ave.

Pospichel was arrested less than two hours after the second hold up. He’s is nor in the Bay County Jail awaiting a first appearance.
