The girlfriend of accused cop killer Robert Bailey is headed to prison for trying to help him escape from the Bay County Jail.
Bay County Circuit Judge Glen Hess gave 22-year-old Andrea Guenette three years in prison for smuggling hacksaw blades into the jail in August.
Guenette testified she came to Panama City from Milwaukee with bailey's mother with the intention of marrying Bailey. Instead she's going to prison.
Guenette could have received 10 years for introducing contraband into the jail and conspiracy to commit escape.
Bailey is accused of murdering Panama City Beach police officer Kevin Kight last March. He's still in the Bay County Jail awaiting trial.
