The National Auction Group is also hoping to stimulate the market this Saturday by hosting an absolute auction for brand new Panama City Beach condos.

The seven-month-old palazzo condos on Front Beach Road can be yours with no minimum down and no reserve.

Sixty seven units are on sale and 27 of those will be sold absolute. To register to bid on a single bedroom you'll need to bring a $15,000 check plus a $25,000 check for a two bedroom and $35,000 for a three bedroom.
