Political activist Kevin Wood is behind bars again after he failed to show up for court.
Wood was due to be sentenced Tuesday for a February DUI conviction.
When Wood failed to show up for sentencing, Judge Michael Hauversburk issued a warrant for Wood's arrest.
Officers picked-up Wood and jailed him overnight. He is being held without bond.
Wood has twice run unsuccessfully for the Bay County Clerk of Court job and has been an outspoken critic of current Clerk Harold Bazzel and former Bay County Sheriff Guy Tunnell.
