Roadway Construction Begins at Port Panama City
For awhile Florida Department of Transportation crews will be working to ease congestion on the east side of the Hathaway Bridge. They're moving the entrance to Port Panama City and adding an extra lane.

How does moving the light closer to the bridge help east bound traffic flow? It seems like it would make it much worse.
