One person died and two others were very critically injured in an early Friday morning crash at Crestview.
The mishap occurred at Antioch Road just east of Crestview.
Killed was 35-year-old Kara Lea Mahan of Baker. She died at the scene.
She was a passenger in an SUV driven by 36-year-old Tory Christine Parker Reed of Crestview. Reed was very critically injured, as was another passenger in Reed’s vehicle, 45-year-old Julie M. Miller, also of Crestview.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the trio's vehicle went out of control on a curve in Antioch Road, went into a spin and then overturned several times.
State troopers are continuing their investigation. Charges are pending.
