Divine Intervention

An elderly couple in Navarre says divine intervention ended an assault.

Margaret Molnar told police a man barged into their home late one night this week, demanding money for drugs. Her husband, Joseph, tried keeping the suspect out.

That's when Molnar says she suggested to the attacker that he “get God in his life.”

The man then pulled his shirt to reveal two tattoos, one of a cross and one of Jesus' face, and said, “See, I got Him.”

The suspect calmed down, got on his knees and begged for forgiveness, according to the couple.

Margaret Molnar then opened the door and asked him to leave.

Her husband was released from the hospital with 20 stitches in his head and cheek.
