Those two Georgia brothers, accused of robbing a beach bank branch yesterday morning, are still in the hospital tonight.

Terrell and David Musgrove were injured when their getaway truck crashed on Highway 231, ending a wild, almost 30 minute chase. The brothers allegedly staged the armed robbery of the Peoples First Bank branch on Front Beach Road. They will not be arrested until they are released from the hospital.

We have learned that Terrell Musgrove, the one who allegedly drove the getaway vehicle, is the former Mayor of a tiny southwest Georgia town. He served as mayor of Newton, Georgia, population 900 , in the early 80's.

He has been in and out of prison since then. He was paroled three years ago after serving several years for burglary.
