The alleged leader and two others involved in the Operation Sandshaker drug ring in Pensacola had their prison sentences reduced.
Prosecutors say Jackie Seale had his sentenced reduced from 15 years to six for assisting investigators.
Bonnie Burleson-Mowrey, who helped Seale deliver cocaine, had her sentence reduced from 40 months to 20.
The sentence for Jeff Cary, who transported cocaine from South Florida to Pensacola, was cut from 79 months to 38 months.
An assistant U.S. attorney says the defendants' testimonies helped convict a key source.
The multi-agency investigation was named for the Sandshaker Lounge and Package Store at Pensacola Beach, where some of the illegal activity took place.
The three-year investigation resulted in 53 arrests, including 12 on federal charges, in late 2003 and early 2004.
