An accident in Walton County leaves one dead and two in critical condition.

At approximately 5:30 Monday evening, 36-year-old Holly Amber Blane of Westville was traveling south from Germino Street onto SR-30, also known as US-98; meanwhile, the driver of a GMC Van traveling westbound on SR-30 in the left lane. For unknown reasons, Blane began traveling head-on, in the path of the GMC Van, and hit, the right side of the van, causing the van to rotate clockwise and roll over several times before it came to its final rest on its wheels facing north.

The blunt force of the collision also caused Blane’s vehicle to rollover, and ejected both drivers from their vehicles. The identity and condition of the driver of the Van is currently unknown.

According to FHP, the passenger of the van, 45-year-old IL H. Lee was pronounced dead. Another passenger in the van, 36-year-old, Young S. Kwon is in critical condition at Sacred Heart Hospital.
