A man is arrested Friday in connection with the burglary at the Habana Express at 3820 Caverns Road.

The burglary was reported on May 5th; meanwhile, investigators located and arrested 40-year-old Donnie Leo Williams, of the 5200 block of 13th Street, in Malone.

Williams is charged with Burglary and Grand Theft in relation to the business burglary.

In addition, Williams is being charged for Violation of State Probation and had two Worthless Check warrants. Williams is lodged in the Jackson County Correctional Facility awaiting first appearance.
