A Pensacola man is charged with trying to burn down a relative's house in an apparent dispute over money.
Escambia County authorities say 19-year-old Armand Hardin asked a relative twice for money. Sheriff officials say when she refused Hardin poured gasoline on the bedroom floor and set the house on fire.
A young girl in the house was treated for smoke inhalation. Hardin is charged with attempted murder and arson. He's being held at the Escambia County Jail in Pensacola.
