Callaway Man Arrested for Alleged Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Department of Children and Families, DCF, ended a recent investigation with the arrest of a Callaway man on Wednesday on charges of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Certain Minor.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Department of Children and Families, DCF, ended a recent investigation with the arrest of a Callaway man on Wednesday on charges of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Certain Minor.

DCF contacted BCSO investigators after receiving a complaint on Jamey Lee Hudson of Callaway. Hudson allegedly had a sexual relationship with a juvenile.

The victim was interviewed and stated she and Hudson had been involved sexually for approximately one year. During his interview, Hudson stated to investigators he was not aware that under the age of eighteen the victim could not legally give consent.

Hudson, was arrested and taken to the Bay County Jail.

It's crazy the way so many politicians will say that this 17-year-old is mature enough to get an abortion (a serious medical procedure) without having to ask ANYONE...but then criminalize her sexual behavior. Hypocrites!!!

He's wrong for even wanting anything to do with a minor at his age, and her parents should also be charged for allowing him to have a relationship with their daughter for almost a year !!!!! a year her parents have allowed this man to have a relationship with their daughter and now, they are mad at him so they report him....... i think they parents should also he held accountable for this ...bunch of sicko's if u ask me!
