Callaway Man Arrested for Alleged Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Department of Children and Families, DCF, ended a recent investigation with the arrest of a Callaway man on Wednesday on charges of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Certain Minor.

It's crazy the way so many politicians will say that this 17-year-old is mature enough to get an abortion (a serious medical procedure) without having to ask ANYONE...but then criminalize her sexual behavior. Hypocrites!!!

He's wrong for even wanting anything to do with a minor at his age, and her parents should also be charged for allowing him to have a relationship with their daughter for almost a year !!!!! a year her parents have allowed this man to have a relationship with their daughter and now, they are mad at him so they report him....... i think they parents should also he held accountable for this ...bunch of sicko's if u ask me!

Im guessing Mel knows the charged individual. He should have goten the parents consent in writing. Sounds to me like the parents of the minor/girl were mad about something Hudson did. They wanted him out of the way, so they reported his relationship with their daughter to the police. Miggity, if you think this guy looks like he is in his 40s, im guessing you would be the convienient store clerk that gets busted selling beer or cigaretts to 12 year olds.

this girl is 17 years old and her parents gave them permisson to be together for almost a year now.... hello if he is put in jail so should her parents why wait till she is just months away from being 18 to make a big deal out of it.....Let him go

Well, 17 is legal in some states. But, how old is this girl? Either way, he looks 40, the ol dirty pedophile.
