A man arrested in Panama City will spend nine months to almost two years behind bars for terrorizing three Pennsylvania teenagers by repeatedly calling and asking them about their feet.
Thirty-two-year-old Scott Michael Kundar was also ordered to serve two years probation and to attend psychiatric counseling.
Kundar, who was arrested in Panama City and taken to New Castle, PA for trial, pleaded guilty November 8 to three misdemeanor counts of making terroristic threats. As part of the plea agreement, three counts of stalking and nine counts of harassment were dropped.
He was charged March 28 by Shenango Township police for allegedly calling three 15-year-olds at their homes as many as 60 times a day. Police say he also threatened the teens' parents.
A former Pittsburgh resident, Kundar was arrested March 30 in Panama City, Florida, and returned to Lawrence County.
