Triathlete death goes to court
The civil trial for the 2006 death of Iron man competitor Barney Rice began Monday. Rice died a few days after losing consciousness during the swimming portion of the triathlon.

He did not have cardiac issues...ever, the autopsy evidence will prove that.

Yes Mr Rices' passing was a tragedy, he was young. But these triathaletes know that these races are a test of ones physical endurance. Let me see the autopsy report. Lets see what really killed him. If it was something that was not caused by the water rescue crews & there was nothing they could have done to save him. Sorry no settlement.
