A local man accused of killing a Millville business owner, is now facing first-degree murder charges.
The Bay County Grand Jury on Tuesday indicted 45- year-old Herman Harmon in the shooting death of Jeffery Gillman.
Panama City Police say Harmon gunned down Gilman in the parking lot of Gillman Marine in Millville with his .38 caliber revolver.
He then reportedly called 9-1-1 to report the shooting, poured a cup of coffee and waited for police to arrive.
Gillman died on the scene.
Apparently to two men had a disagreement over a business transaction. Harmon is being held without bond in the Bay County Jail.
