Thirty-eight-year-old Rodney Townsend is in the Bay County Jail after investigators say he molested a 14-year-old girl.
Bay County Sheriff's Deputies say Townsend touched the young girl's genitals and also exposed himself to her. The 14-year-old reportedly told her sister about the incident. The Department of Children and Families is investigating the case.
Townsend is being held on $20,000 bond.
