A domestic dispute turns into a police standoff in Fountain Tuesday night.
When sheriff's deputies arrived at the Fountain home off of Owenwood Trail they found a man with a shot gun threatening his wife.
The man then began threatening deputies, saying he wouldn't give up without a fight. After two hours of negotiating with the man, sheriff's deputies were able to place him into custody. No one was hurt.
Deputies say extensive training helped them in this situation. The Fountain man was sent to Bay Behavioral under the Baker Act.
