The Panama City Police Department is currently investigating a case of Lewd and Lascivious Battery that reportedly occurred on October 22, 2009.

The Panama City Police Department was notified that Fredrick Jerome Blount had allegedly committed a Lewd and or Lascivious act to a
juvenile victim. Due to the nature of the crime certain details cannot be released. Two warrants have been issued for Blount’s arrest. Blount is wanted for Lewd and Lascivious Battery and Resisting Officer With Out Violence. We are asking for the community’s assistance in locating Frederick Jerome Blount.

Blount is 34 years of age, he is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, approximately 185 pounds and list a Panama City address as his last known address. However, Blount is a native of Alabama and may have left the area.
