Ironically while all the fisherman were protesting the fishing regulations along the Gulf Coast the 46th Annual Seafood Festival was taking place at the same time.

The festival was held at the mouth of the Apalachicola river at Battery Park.

This annaul fall festival is suppose to be a celebration of the Franklin County commercial seafood industry.

To compliment the amazing fresh seafood on Saturday were rides, music, games and vendors.

Saturday's headliner was country music star Tracy Lawrence.
