Walton County sheriff's investigators say 21-year-old Michael Bozeman was most likely fell off his fishing boat when he hit a stump in the Choctawhatchee River Saturday afternoon.
His body has not turned up since. Investigators have combed the area just south of Bruce with divers, dogs and even sonar for more than three days now.
Heavy rains over the weekend have raised the water level and clouded the already murky river, making it nearly impossible for divers to see underwater.
Bozeman's seven-year-old cousin was with him at the time of the accident and fell of the boat as well, but unlike Bozeman, he had on a lifejacket and was able to get back in the boat.
