Joe Francis is probably glad to be out of the state of Florida and back in Nevada.

The Jackson County Jail in Marianna confirmed this morning that the Girls Gone Wild millionaire has been moved to Nevada.

His attorney, Aaron Dyer, says life in a jail cell is getting the best of his client. Dyer says Francis has been "breaking down," and he was "taunted endlessly" by convicted cop killer Robert Bailey during his stay at the Bay County Jail.

But Bay County Jail officials say those weren't the reasons for his move to Jackson County before he left for Nevada. The transfer was just a weigh station on Francis' way out of Florida.

Francis is facing federal income tax evasion charges in Reno, Nevada.
