Alcohol may have been involved in a deadly crash Saturday night. This one happened at midnight in Holmes County.
Two children who were not restrained were killed in the accident. Florida Highway Patrol troopers believe the woman driving the car, 32-year-old Sherry Jean Overstreet, is the children's mother. She was also not wearing her seat belt and is in critical condition.
Troopers say Overstreet was driving a Ford SUV north on County Road 179-A when she drove onto the shoulder of the road and head-on into a power pole.
