Joe Francis' legal problems just keep getting worse. He's still sitting in a Reno, Nevada jail facing federal income tax evasion charges, as well as criminal charges back here in Bay County.
Now NewsChannel 7 has learned two more women have filed a federal lawsuit in Bay County against Francis and his Girls Gone Wild parent company Mantra Films.
The women are Brook Patsolic, and Christina Brose.
The women claim they were entertained by the Girls Gone Wild crew on the company bus. They say the crewmembers gave them alcohol, even though they were under the age of 21 at the time.
Then, they say, they were coerced into taking off their clothes and performing sex acts. The next day they say the Girls Gone Wild crew assured them they would not use the video in any production.
But the lawsuit claims the two women were featured in Girls Gone Wild Endless Spring Break vol. 6 and the video was also used in advertising and as a teaser for other G-G-W videos.
The lawsuit does not say when the alleged acts happened, or where they took place, other than in the state of Florida.

I certainly have no love for Joe Francis. But, come on, these girls were old enough to know what they were doing. This is all about money. Their parents should be ashamed that they raised these girls with such poor judgement. Lets lay the blame where it belongs.

These problems couldn't happen to a better guy. Throw the book at him and his crew and company.

Similarily as to Paris Hilton, Joe Francis needs to shut his trap and just do the time if he can do the crime. Money means nothing to the extremely wealthy so why would common laws mean anything to them unless they're punished to the FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW...that way they would have better appreciation for the laws designed to protect one another.
