The base's motorcycle club, "The Sentinels of Freedom", set off Wednesday morning on their way to Washington D.C.
They'll arrive in time for a memorial ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Wall this Sunday. This is the first year for the Hurlburt Motorcycle Club as part of the Air Force's new motorcycle mentorship program.
The idea is to promote bike safety. Hurlburt's Motorcycle Club is the 10th to be formed at Air Force bases across the country.
