Christmas Eve Storm Damage
That Christmas Eve severe weather that moved through many parts of our area Thursday night may have come and gone quickly, but not without leaving behind some minor damage.

FORT WALTON BEACH-That Christmas Eve severe weather that moved through many parts of our area Thursday night may have come and gone quickly, but not without leaving behind some minor damage.
In Fort Walton Beach at the Mary Esther Cutoff near Johnquil Avenue the gusty winds are to blame for down trees.
The strong winds also ripped off the canvas at a KFC restaurant.
The storm is being blamed for many power outages in the homes surrounding this same area.
Many of the residents we spoke to say their power returned around 3a.m..
