Andrew Sheppard has been found guilty of second degree murder.
Sheppard shot and killed 25-year-old Christopher Forehand last December outside Beach Bunnies, a Front Beach Road topless bar.
Witnesses say Forehand tried to break-up a fight between Sheppard and his girlfriend, so Sheppard shot him.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 20.
