Meth Lab Found on Panama City Beach
The Special Investigations Division of the Bay County Sheriff’s Office found another clandestine Methamphetamine Lab in a home on Panama City Beach.

The Special Investigations Division of the Bay County Sheriff’s Office found another clandestine Methamphetamine Lab in a home on Panama City Beach.

Narcotics officers developed information and obtained a search warrant for 127 E. 16th Street on Panama City Beach. Inside the home they found all the components used to manufacture meth including glassware and chemicals as well as drug paraphernalia.

Also found was about 300 grams of meth oil as well as marijuana.

Arrested was Don E. Toole, 49, of 127 E. 16th Street, Panama City Beach. Toole was charged with Trafficking in Meth, the Manufacture of Meth, Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

There also was an outstanding warrant on Toole for Domestic Battery.

Also arrested was Debra Toole, 47, of 127 E. 16th Street. Debra Toole was charged with Trafficking in Meth more than 200 grams.

Two other women were in the home and both were also arrested. Nicole Jillian Lamb, DOB 25, of 160 Clara Ave was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, and Jill Lamb, 46, of 160 Clara Avenue, was charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bleach had been poured at the floors and walls of the home in order to mask the smell of the cooking meth.
