Lee Hinman joined the ranks of the Top 100 Scientific Achievements in 1967 while working for General Electric.
He and his boss came up with a strategy to re-charge batteries in 15 minutes. Hinman is now reaching out through the Internet to help small businesses compete against large corporations.
A company that specifically needs questions answered before a product is bought, such as measurements or design are just what he's best with.
"With my product, PSC, Parametric Shopping Cart, they as a manger can define the question, the rules on what answers are allowed to the question,” explains Hinman.
The patent is pending for Hinman's Parametric Shopping Cart, but it's already being used in Bay County and across the country.
