Thirty-one-year-old Keith Leonard Johnson was jailed on the charges Wednesday.
Investigators say Johnson took the money over a two-year period from a local produce distributing company.
He supposedly pocketed cash payments, and then erased all the related paper work from the company's computers.
Authorities say Johnson used the money to feed a crack cocaine habit.
