From concerts to giveaways Panama City Beach is full of free offerings during spring break.
Lifeway Christian Resources is providing its free pancake breakfast to spring breakers again this year, and as usual, they came in droves.
Monday afternoon, lines of hungry college students spilled out the door of Rock-It lanes at the Shoppes at Edgewater in Panama City Beach.
The free breakfast is part of Lifeway Christian's "Beach Reach," which in addition to pancakes, also includes free van rides to and from the hotels and clubs at night along with a worship service.
"It's meeting a need, especially the van rides which keep people safe at night. Pancakes are giving people a free meal and just really creating an atmosphere where we can talk to people openly about stuff,” said Marshall Guthrie a student member of Lifeway Christian Resources.
The pancake breakfast will be offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Monday through Thursday until March 25th.
To use the free van ride service call 850-832-3000.
