State troopers are investigating the scene of a two-car crash near the intersection of Front Beach Road and Joan Avenue.
According to witnesses two teenage girls from Georgia were heading east on Front Beach in a white BMW sedan. They allegedly made a u-turn in a motel parking lot, and hit a Toyota that was westbound on Front Beach.
Two Panama City men were in the Toyota. Paramedics took one of them to a local hospital with neck injuries.
