The sun sets as people wait to ride the Big Wheel and Adrenaline Rush at the Gwinnett County Fair.
Panama City - The Bay County Fair is back, better than ever, and gets underway Monday night.
Fair workers started moving in booths and rides Sunday afternoon. The fair opens Monday night at 6:00 p.m. and will run through Saturday.
It has around 40 rides, a Kiddy Land for small children, 15 food booths, and around 30 game booths.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights armbands are for sale for $10.00. Armbands for unlimited rides Thursday and Friday will be $20.00. For adults, $5 will get you in. The fair stays open until 10 pm.
Owner of the fair Bob Myers says for his 200 workers who travel with the fair coming to Bay County is like a homecoming.
"Everybody should support the Bay County Fair they have a lot of great exhibits and exhibit buildings. The grounds are wonderful they have a paved area here for strollers where they can push strollers all the way around. We've got beautiful weather and we've got a beautiful show setup here," said Myers.
The fair has been visiting Bay County for over 20 years.
