No-one was inured in this mornings blaze, but one family dog was killed in the fire that Bay County Fire Fighters responded to at 2am this morning.
Fire fighters arrived at 1615 North James Avenue to a fully engulfed mobile home. The mobile home next door was also damaged. Both are a total loss.
Victims were provided assistance by the red cross with temporary lodging, clothing and food.
"Being there right then and helping right then is a great relief to the families. Thank about it, you had a home a few hours before, and now you don't," said Bob Pearce of the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
