Bay County residents volunteered their time this morning to clean up around the area.
They started at Carl Grey Park and worked their way towards Panama City Beach.
Volunteers say they primarily saw cigarette butts and trash on the land, but in the water things they picked up ranged from plastic bottles and soda cans to rusty pipes.
