PANAMA CITY-- The city already allows some limited cart usage in the cove.
This new ordinance would cover the area from 11st South to Business 98, and from MLK Boulevard to East Avenue.
Mayor Greg Brudnicki favors the proposal.
"We got people making requests. hopefully everybody is careful and it's a transportation. it's cheaper than paying 4 dollars for a gallon of gas," said Greg Brudnicki, Panama City Mayor.
Commissioners will also vote on a proposal to eliminate the buffer zones between bars, and churches and schools, to help create a St. Andrews entertainment district.
They'll hear a request from the Panama City music association to waive $3,300 dollars in rental fees for the Marina Civic Center.
