Children around Bay County got the opportunity to learn more about safety from several law enforcement agencies.
At the 23rd annual Cops n Kids event at Arnold High School, children got to see a lot of different demonstrations.
There was a K-9 exercise from Panama City Beach Police and a roll over simulation from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Emergency Medical Services officials also demonstrated what they do during a crisis.
Panama City Beach Police spokesperson, Shaun Maguadog said, "The main message here is to get to know your law enforcement and your paramedics and your firemen on a more personal basis instead of just seeing them go by with their lights on."
Officials handed out goodie bags to the kids with t-shirts and safety tips inside.
They also raffled off 10 bikes and helmets that went to 5 girls and 5 boys.
