BAY COUNTY - The former Dock Master of the St. Andrews Marina is back in Bay County to face theft charges.

Authorities brought 49-year old Susan Ann Payne back from the Bowling Green, Kentucky area Sunday, after U-S Marshals arrested her there 2-weeks ago.

Payne is charged with 11 counts of grand theft, and 1-count of tampering with a witness for her alleged actions while working at the marina.

Panama City police say she stole a total of nearly 4-thousand dollars from the marina store on 11-separate occasions. They also say she stole a 35-hundred dollar commercial freezer from a marina business.

And she's accused of trying to influence a marina employee to remove documents from the marina store during the investigation.

Panama City officials fired Payne in September, after several employees came forward with sexual harassment, insubordination, and abusive threatening behavior complaints against her.

Judge Shane Vann set Payne's bond at 15-thousand dollars Monday.
