Wesley was suspended by Bay County Superintendent Bill Husfelt and could lose her job next week.

Wesley is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

"The policy says no Bay District School employee can have a relationship with a student that is of a sexual nature," said Bay District Schools Executive Director of Human Resources, Sharon Michalik.

According to the school district's final report by Michalik, Wesley also admitted to having an inappropriate relationship with the boys basketball coach at Arnold.

"Well, we're still continuing the investigation into this to make sure that that's an isolated incident and that no one else was involved. Those kinds of things. So we're certainly looking at that," said Michalik.

While denying having anything more than a tutor-student relationship, when asked by the school board, student #2 told the Sheriff's Office that he had sex with Wesley at her house.

He also says he and Wesley drank alcohol mixed with gummy bears, but denied ever being there with his best friend and a second teacher.

The best friend says he was at Wesley's house on multiple occasions and that all four of them drank beer and smoked marijuana from a bong.

His family has hired former longtime state attorney, Jim Appleman, to represent their son. Appleman says the family has asked him not to comment.

We tried again Thursday to reach Wesley for comment. She has yet to return our calls or emails.

Arnold Principal, Keith Bland, held an emergency meeting Thursday morning.

A source close to the school says Bland told his staff it's important for the school to move forward and to be strong for the students.
