But Judge Grammer also order Dick held without bond, on a violation of probation charge.

The crash happened about 3:00 Sunday morning at the intersection of Back Beach Road (US Highway 98) and Allison Avenue at Panama City Beach. .

State troopers say Dick was heading westbound when he hit another vehicle from behind. The other car ran off the road and rolled over in the median.

Authorities say Dick ran from the scene on foot. Beach Police arrested him a short distance away.

Dick already has an extensive arrest record. In December 2007, Bay and Walton county sheriff's deputies arrested him for allegedly trying to shoot and run-over 6-people in Inlet Beach.
He fired 8-shots at the group.

When Bay County sheriff's investigators searched his mothers Panama City Beach home they found all of these guns, ammunition, more than 30-grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They say dick had the marijuana hidden in a special secret compartment in his vehicle.

2-weeks later Holmes County sheriff's investigators charged Dick and an 18-year-old friend with armed burglary for stealing four handguns, two shotguns and a large duffel bag full of ammunition during a break-in at a home near Ponce de Leon.

Dick was still serving probation from these crimes when the crash happened Sunday morning.
