Four Arrested in Meth Lab Bust

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical call on Orlando Road this morning around 7:30 a.m. in reference to a man that was not breathing.

When they arrived, deputies found a man in the home that was unresponsive. EMS also responded and managed to revive the man and took him to a local hospital.

Deputies noted evidence of illegal narcotics activity in the home and a search warrant was obtained.

"It's what we would call a small meth lab, a shake and bake method, couple of shake bottles and some paraphernalia," said BCSO Capt. Faith Bell.

BCSO arrested four people: Joshua Bagley, on charges of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Trafficking in methamphetamine, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Carolyn Warren, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia; Kevin Kittrell, active warrant for Grand Theft; and Tyler Elmore, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Investigators from the Special Investigations Division searched the home and found methamphetamine, an active meth lab, and drug paraphernalia.

Hopefully these four people will get treatment while in jail to overcome their drug problem. Meth is so addictive . They were very lucky to not have had a fire because of the meth lab. A person lives and learns from their mistakes. Life is too short to do drugs!!

Some people just need more help and love than others. I know there are things you read and somethings get left out of stories. So dont judge anyone till you know the whole truth. Some people should just make better choices in life and who there friends are. Everyone has loved ones in this!!! We should pray for everybody in this.
