PANAMA CITY BEACH- Another sea turtle is back home in the Gulf of Mexico.
Workers and volunteers from Gulf World Marine Institute released the juvenile Kemp's Ridley turtle on the beach, about 4 miles west of Gulf World along front beach road.
Gulf world received the turtle last month, after getting caught-up in some fishing line.
Vets performed a physical, did not find anything wrong with the turtle, and consulted with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
Everyone agreed the turtle could be released at the earliest convenience.
