School Officials met with Perry at an informal hearing Monday afternoon at the school district headquarters, and School Superintendent Bill Husfelt let Perry know he'd be recommending the school board at their next meeting suspend her without pay.
She's accused of bringing her mentally unstable son Quanzda Hillsman onto the campus of Oscar Patterson Elementary two weeks ago without getting him a guest pass.
Then at some point according to police reports Hillsman came in contact with a 12 year old female, asked her for a hug, and proceeded to inappropriately touch her. She later told investigators he even tried to force her into a bathroom.
Police arrested Hillsman charging him with false imprisonment and lewd and lascivious molestation. Perry has been on paid administrative since last week.
Why exactly she allegedly brought her son to Oscar Patterson is still unclear.
Regardless the district says it's moving forward with termination because Perry didn't following the correct policies and procedures in bringing someone onto a school campus.
Hillsman is still in the Bay County Jail facing a $100,000 bond.
