PANAMA CITY BEACH - One brave 10 year old boy is changing the world one penny at a time.

Chairman of the "Lucky Pennies" charity, Habib September, started the charity 4 years ago when he was just 6 years old.

The 5th grader is hosting the "Fall Brawl" Tennis Tournament at Edgewater Beach Resort all weekend long.

More than 300 needy children in Africa have received shoes, since Habib started his organization 4 years ago.

Last year, Lucky Pennies sent hygiene products to victims of Hurricane Sandy.

This year, essential items like blankets were given to tornado victims in Oklahoma.

The 10 year old is humble when talking about his charity, but mom says she couldn't be more proud of her little boy.

September said, "I came up with this idea thinking that some people really don't have that much, so we thought that we could make them happier."

Habib's Mother, Ambereen Latif said, "Everyone tells their kid to think of others and be good and all of that. You don't really expect the child to do so much. He has a heart bigger than any person that I know."

The 3 day tournament wraps up Sunday.
