50 year old Lisa Robinson was developed as a suspect when the package showed up at the Post Office addressed to a home on Dogwood Street. It was sent from New York.
Bay County Sheriff's Investigators say they contacted Robinson who told them the package contained cocaine and heroin. Investigators say the heroin was divided into twenty individual packets.
Robinson was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession on crack cocaine, unlawful use of a two way communication device and principal to introduction of a controlled substance into the state of Florida.
