Panama City -- A Panama City woman may have just landed the best job in the world. Lottery Officials just announced that 52-year-old Annette Woullard went to Tallahassee to claim the top prize in the “Lucky $100,000 a year for life” scratch-off game.

Woulllard chose the one-time, lump-sum payment for her winnings. That means her prize will be just over a cool million dollars, at $1,069,000.50. The lucky lady picked up her winning scratch off ticket at Convenience Management Services, located at 539 S. Tyndall Parkway.

Lottery officials say there is only one top prize remaining for the “Lucky $100,000 a year for life” scratch off game, which was launched in July of 2010. The tickets cost $10 each.
