Visitors are making the most of their rainy Independence Day.

Despite the road conditions, people were still getting on the roads to drive, to Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not and the movie theaters.

Mike Walsingham, the general manager of Wonder Works, said the weather has been great for business and is keeping the place packed.

"When it's a rainy day, Wonder Works is really busy," said Walsingham. "A lot of people are coming in and a lot are really wet. They understand it's gonna be busy here."

Many visitors said the rain gives them an excuse to check out local attractions they might have otherwise skipped.
